All Lav Vintage products are made to order. Please review carefully before purchasing.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Production begins shortly after checkout.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final without exception.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Verified issues may be resolved with a replacement or repair at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered. Customers must contact the carrier directly.

5. Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Allergic reactions or sensitivities related to stainless steel, gold-plated components, or UV resin do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Customers are responsible for reviewing material disclosures prior to purchase.

6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may be disputed using order documentation and this policy.

7. Company Discretion

While all sales are final and refunds are not guaranteed, Lav Vintage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund, partial refund, or order cancellation at any time and for any reason. In such cases, refunded amounts will be returned to the original form of payment, and Lav Vintage shall have no further obligation to fulfill the order.
