To ensure each custom piece is created with care and clarity:

• Photos must be submitted at time of purchase
• Only one image may be submitted per custom order
• Image changes or replacements are not accepted once design work has begun
• Photos must be clear and high-quality; low-resolution images may require resubmission
• Production begins only after image approval

Custom rings are created using the photo you submit, exactly as provided. I do not make edits or adjustments to images.

Please review your photo carefully before submitting to ensure it appears exactly how you want it on your ring. Any desired changes such as cropping, brightness, or zoom must be completed prior to upload.

These guidelines allow each ring to be created thoughtfully and without rushing the process.
